Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are your nannies fully vetted?
Yes! All of our nannies go through a thorough screening process. We interview every nanny, conduct reference checks, verify their Working with Children Check, and ensure they are First Aid certified (or actively working toward certification). We only work with nannies we’d trust in our own homes.
Q: Do your nannies have experience with babies or special needs?
Absolutely. We have a diverse network of experienced nannies, including those with specialised backgrounds in newborn care, toddler development, and working with children with additional needs. Let us know your family’s unique requirements, and we’ll find a nanny who truly understands and supports them.
Q: Can we meet the nanny before hiring them?
Definitely, we’ll provide a personalised shortlist of up to 3 carefully selected nannies. You’ll have the chance to meet them via video or in person before making a decision—so you can confidently choose the right fit.
Q: How does the placement process work?
We interview over 20+ nannies per week to ensure we always have a strong talent pool. After your personal consultation, we handpick a shortlist tailored to your family’s needs. Once you meet the nannies and choose your favourite, we help coordinate trials and provide full support throughout the placement. Most placements are finalised within 1–2 weeks.
Q: What’s included in the placement fee?
Your placement fee covers everything:
A personalised consultation
A curated shortlist of pre-vetted nannies
Interview and trial coordination
24/7 support after placement
Backup care if your nanny is sick or unavailable
Ongoing guidance and replacement options when needed
Q: What happens if my nanny is sick or can’t come in?
